Every session has a few ground rules. Here are mine, in plain English. If one isn't clear, ask me.

Before you begin

My books are for your own personal use.
Payhip handles the payment at checkout.
The video course for senior table tennis players is $19.90 a month until you cancel. Forgot to cancel? Write to me within 15 days of a charge and I'll refund that month.
Check with your doctor first, and stop if anything hurts.

Who am I buying from?

From Frank Doyle. That's the name the site, the books and the video course run under.

What exactly do I get when I buy a book?

One book at a time, or the 3-book collection, the complete 3-book collection. They come to your email, and you can read them on your phone or print them at home. Nothing is shipped.

Instant download. Payhip emails you the purchase link. Keep that email to open your books again.

The licence is personal: read them and print them for yourself. Please don't share, resell, upload or copy them for others.

Who takes my payment, and how can I pay?

Payhip, a payment platform. It runs the secure checkout and handles card and PayPal payments.

Card & PayPal. The price is the one shown at checkout. Payhip has its own terms and privacy policy.

How does the Frank's Ping Pong Academy work, and how do I stop it?

A video course for senior table tennis players: a short video lesson every Tuesday, with a page to print, delivered by email.

Membership is $19.90 a month until you cancel. Forgot to cancel? Write to me within 15 days of a charge and I'll refund that month.

Cancel any time at your Payhip account. Cancelling doesn't refund months already paid.

Is it safe for me to try these techniques?

Sport is physical activity. Check with your doctor before you start any new exercise, and stop if anything hurts.

What I teach is general sports instruction, not medical advice.

Will I definitely improve?

I can't promise that. Results vary from person to person, so there's no promise of results.

Are the pictures of you on this site real photos?

Every picture of me on this site is an illustration.

Can I share your books or lessons with my friends?

Please don't. All the books, lessons, text and pictures belong to Frank Doyle, for your personal use only.

What if something goes wrong?

As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect losses. My total responsibility is limited to what you paid.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer by law.

Can these terms change?

They can. If they do, I update this page and its “Last updated” date.
